Subject to the paragraph above, you and Amaro-Dolce submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amaro-Dolce regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us concerning the Service.
